Cadre of creeps filmed over 5,000 young women in London swimming pool locker rooms

A group of voyeurs in London, England, were arrested after they secretly filmed over 5,000 young women in changing rooms of swimming pools and shared the videos with the group from April 2013 to March 2017.

According to The Sun, the group was discovered after Miguel Jose Sainz was arrested in March of 2017 and police found thousands of pictures on devices in his home. Upon investigation, they linked suspects Robert Morgan, Adam Dennis, and Declan Golden to the crimes.

Morgan and Dennis are said to have boasted about "hunting" teen victims to share and trade with the others online.

Describing how the co-conspirators hid in locker rooms, prosecutor Kate Temple-Mabe said, "These defendants and co-conspirators would enter a changing cubicle at some point during the day and close the door."

She added, "They would have with them a small hidden camera, usually concealed. They would then wait in the cubicle until someone, preferably a young female, went into the cubicle next to theirs."

"While that person was changing the bag containing a hidden camera would be slid partway in the partition, allowing the camera which was set to record," the prosecutor continued. "The victim would only see a bag pushed partially in between the partition. They referred to this activity amongst themselves as 'hunting.'"

"They would select their preferred content, then edit the films they particularly liked into short videos," she noted.

The group would refer to their target as "OTs" or older teenagers when discussing the films in group chats. In one message Dennis told Golden, "I wish I could have seen some of my OTs from my school days as they were then.”

"I have another OT on the lower end of the spectrum if you know what I mean, not really my cup of tea but it might be good for trading material," Golden replied.

"The scope of this was frankly enormous," Judge Kelleher said at sentencing. "Both of you were frequently visiting locations and taking pictures, and it's suggested by prosecution creating…5,000 separate sets of images."

Dennis was sentenced by Judge Benedict Kelleher to 22 months in prison. Morgan was sentenced to 20 months in prison, suspended for two years, while Golden fled to the US and Sainz's location is unknown.
