On Human Events Daily Thursday, Jack Posobiec spoke with Breitbart's Politics Editor, Emma-Jo Morris, known for her role in exposing the Hunter Biden hard drive story. Their conversation delved into the perceived hypocrisy surrounding the Trump impeachment and the need for Republicans to adopt a more aggressive approach in investigating alleged wrongdoing by the Biden family.
Posobiec and Morris highlighted what they see as a double standard in the treatment of former President Trump compared to President Biden and his family. They pointed out the disparity between the impeachment of Trump over a phone call to Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky and the events of January 6th, but little-to-no investigation of President Joe Biden’s family business dealings.
Posobiec stressed the importance of embracing reciprocity, suggesting that Republicans need to reciprocate the aggressiveness displayed by their Democratic counterparts in investigating the opposing party.
“You must embrace reciprocity or they will never stop,” Posobiec emphasized.
Morris expressed frustration with the GOP's reluctance to take more decisive action in exposing alleged corruption within the Biden family, attributing it to a fear of being seen as unfashionable.
"The Republicans are about money and the Democrats are about power," Morris reflected in response.
Posobiec went on to use Democratic Attorney General Letitia James as an example of an aggressive fighter in the party, and how the GOP has no one of similar character.
“She cares about winning,” Posobiec explained. “And you know why her side keeps giving her money? Because she’s actually fighting right. Because she’s actually putting up W’s on the board.”
Morris echoed this sentiment, asserting that the left has been more successful in leveraging its power and influence to shape American institutions over the course of decades.
