The White House is gearing up for President Bush's major announcement on Iraq tomorrow with a special conference call for bloggers. We hear spokesman Tony Snow will chat with bloggers about Bush's speech.

This would mark the second time the White House has conducted a call for bloggers. The first, which took place in June, dealt with avian flu. The second is likely to garner much more coverage given Iraq's news value and the importance of Bush's announcement.
