Grover Norquist, who reminds us who's been naughty and who's been nice this year. Norquist based his list primarily on signers of the Americans for Tax Reform
Taxpayer Protection Pledge.
Those making the "naughty" list include Governors

Mike Huckabee (R.-Ark.),
Tim Kaine (D.-Va.),
Tom Vilsack (D.-Iowa),
Jennifer Granholm (D.-Mich.),
Ted Kulongoski (D.-Ore.),
John Baldacci (D.-Maine),
Tim Pawlenty (R.-Minn.),
Mike Easley (D.-N.C.),
Bill Owens (R.-Colo.),
Mitch Daniels (R.-Ind.).
Senators who made the "naughty" list include
Richard Lugar (R.-Ind.),
Chuck Grassley (R.-Iowa),
Olympia Snowe (R.-Maine),
Susan Collins (R.-Maine),
Thad Cochran (R.-Miss.),
Pete Domenici (R.-N.M.) and
George Voinovich (R.-Ohio). In the House, "naughty" Republicans include
Chris Shays (Conn.),
Mike Castle (Del.), Steve Buyer (Ind.), Harold Rogers (Ky.), Vern Ehlers (Mich.),

President Bush and Labor Secretary
Elaine Chao made the list. So did Representatives

Only one senator,
Ben Nelson (D.-Neb.), was honored for being the lone Democrat signer of the Taxpayer Protection Pledge.
