The NY Times is reporting NY Mayor Rudy Giuliani has hired Mike DuHaime, the political director of the Republican National Committee, to become the executive director of his exploratory committee.

This story is huge -- not just because DuHaime is a good "get" -- but because it is a clear signal that Rudy -- currently the most popular GOP candidate in America (if you believe the polls) -- is in this thing.
