The Express, a tabloid-like freebie "newspaper" put out by the Washington Post for DC's metrorail riders, has this little tidbit in today's blog section:

"Rare open-minded individuals such as Chafee should be valued, not derided."

CenterBlue.org wants to see Democrats take Republican Senate Seats in the upcoming election, but hopes Rhode Island Sen. Lincoln Chafee -- a moderate known for his environment conservation efforts and who was the only Republican senator to vote against the initial Iraq resolution -- can hold onto his job.

With liberal blogs such as this one eagerly rooting him on, it's high time the GOP showed Chafee the door.
