Folding rifles in pistol calibers
Probably the most interesting feature of the carbine, is that it can fold in half. I do not mean that the stock folds, I mean the whole gun folds in half. When you pull down on the trigger guard, you can rotate the front half of the carbine back onto itself, so that the front sight rests on top of the buttstock. This makes it darn handy for carrying around.

I’ve never walked out of the house carrying a .22 as a self defense gun. I hope I never have to. But, I can foresee certain circumstances under which I would. What if I was struck by an illness that simply left me so weak that I couldn’t tame the relatively mild recoil of a 9mm?

Israel Weapon Indistries (IWI) recently formed a US-based company (IWI US) that is working on bringing a civilian version of the TAVOR bullpup rifle to the market. The original TAVOR is a select fire assault rifle used by the Israeli military.

SHOT Show Survival Guide
The general public is not admitted into the SHOT Show. But, if you are attached to the gun industry, you can certainly obtain credentials and attend. The show is huge with tens of thousands of attendees and about 1,600 exhibitors. While it can be overwhelming, there are an abundance of opportunities for the business-minded.
