Instead of another stimulus to pay the salaries of cops and teachers for a short time, how about removing the obstacles and regulations on businesses so they can hire more employees?  Perhaps bringing in more revenue to pay for more cops because more people are employed is a better idea.  Going into an additional 400 billion dollars in debt could only mean the Democrats need a slush fund for their 2012 election..like they did for the 2010!!!!

The danger to America is not Barack Obama but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency. It will be far easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their president.

The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails America . Blaming the prince of the fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince.

The Republic can survive a Barack Obama, who is, after all, merely a fool. It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools such as those who made him their president.

My Grandmother taught me never to sink to my peaceful adversaries level – but in your case I cannot resist.  Recently you intoned how you are seeking a tail to kick in relation to the tragic accident on the oil rig operated by BP.  I have a confession to make, I have never listened to one of your campaign speeches, I never understood or possessed the need to listen to a commie trying to convince me to politically fornicate with them, only to be lied to in the morning, and the night before.  The sheer amount of BS flowing from your office is legion, I would need an Aircraft Carrier to haul it into the Potomac.  To think that one more walk on the sand or more useless words from a man, I use that word loosely, who has not even run a taco stand, will change anything is asinine in the extreme.

I must question your mental state as well as the level of stupidity that your staff possesses.  You, and they apparently, think the following that white people hate black people.  I just spent hours in the hospital talking to my father in law.  Did I mention he is black?  Did I mention that I’m white?  I’d like to tell you about him.  He worked on the communications package and guidance package on the first American satellite launched into orbit, he even worked on the team that perfected the portable blood pressure monitor, during the war he worked on how to make our munitions more accurate and deadly, he did all this without affirmative action in the face of real racism.  Now that hospital is serving every one, regardless of race, or even ability to pay.  They won’t be for long considering your healthcare legislation because it will drain all incentive from the activity of creating a doctor, nurse, or a hospital bed.

I have met VP Biden , first in 1972 and a couple of times since then. I have always thought he was an arrogant, ignorant man who believes himself to be the smartest man he’s ever met. I specifically remember one time at a clothing store I was working in, Mr. Biden was at  the counter speaking to our cashier ( a retired gentleman in his sixites who worked part-time). I did not hear the entire conversation but I distinctly remember then Senator Biden shout “If you were thirty years younger, I’d take you out in the parking lot and kick your ass!” Knowing the cashier , I could not image what he might have said to cause such an outburst, but for Joe Biden, as we have seen again, this is his normal attitude. Biden is one of those people who go through life surviving on bully and bluster. Perhaps it is Obama’s plan to allow his VP to “loose cannon” his way off the 2012 ticket.

Violent crime would drop substantially IF law-abiding citizens used their second amendment rights more often.

I’m sure he can point to individual cases or localities which might have seen increases, but the plural of “anecdote” is not “data”.  Nationally, crime (especially violent crime) is down, and the VP is not just inappropriate, he is WRONG.

I have heard this argument before and it is such a great way to explain the motivations of individuals with no ‘skin in the game.’ Simply put, the citizens who do not contribute should not even be allowed to reside in this country, let alone vote to implement government policy and elect representatives.  The recent mortgage crash happened because people were allowed to purchase real estate without putting any money down, so without having invested a dime themselves, what possible incentive did they have to keep paying the banks?  You don’t pay…you don’t vote.

As a nurse who has dealt with patients who have had aneurysms that have leaked or burst—-some have had problems with reconnecting socially.
